Changing Your Backup Settings
Customizing Backup Settings — Advanced
Note:
You should be an advanced user before attempting to
change any of the Advanced backup settings.
Instead of using a Wizard, you can customize your backup settings
using the Advanced Settings window. Any changes you make
override the previous backup settings.
Note:
Setting changes apply only to backups that occur
after
the change is made, and do not affect your existing backup
files. To delete backup files that you no longer want, see
Opening the Advanced Settings Window
To open the Advanced Settings window:

Open the Adaptec File Saver window by clicking the icon on
your desktop or system tray.

In the main menu (shown on page
), click
Change
Backup Settings.

Advanced Settings
, then click
Next
.
The Advanced Settings window (shown on

Include
—Lists local drives, folders, files, and file types that
are backed up. (See
