Installation Procedure
This section describes the procedures in installing the camera on the wall.
Step 1: Install the Mounting Plate
The device can be mounted on the wall either by mounting directly on the surface or flushed into
the wall where only the device front panel can be seen on the surface. First, determine how you
want to mount the device then install the mounting plate on the wall.
Mounting Directly on the Surface
1.
Drill the hole where the cables will pass through
the wall using the mounting plate as template.
2.
Mark or drill the screw holes, if necessary.
3.
Install the mounting plate by securing
four (4) screws as marked on the illustration.
Embedding into the Wall
The device can be flushed or embedded into the wall so only the edge of the mounting plate and
the device front panel can be seen on the surface.
1.
Drill a hole with dimensions of 128 mm x 108 mm. This is where the device will be
embedded.
2.
Drill the hole where the cables will pass through
on the wall, use the mounting plate as template
for its location.
3.
Flush the mounting plate into the wall.
4.
Drill the holes and attach the four (4) screws
to secure the plate as marked on the illustration.
