Before Starting
Before installing ACTAtek Timesheet, please
ensure
your
computer
has
the
following

Software
Software required running Timesheet:
Microsoft .NET framework 2.0 (can be
installed from ACTAtek Timesheet disk)
Crystal Report (can be installed from
ACTAtek Timesheet disk)
Using USB to connect the external reader to PC,

Setting up Timesheet
1.
Connect Reader to power supply.
2.
PC with Serial Port
– connect Serial Port
Cable from reader to PC’s serial port.
3.
Using USB Port
– connect USB Cable to
PC’s USB port.
4.
Insert CD into CD Drive
To install software
The CD consists of the following software:

Getting Started
After the system successfully setting up you are
required to Log in.

Add Users and assign Mifare Card to users

Manage users, maintain event logs and
database
