Assembly of components

Insert operating seal (6) and emergency
seal (7) in housing. Pay attention to
correct seating of sealings, it must
be possibe to open the flaps in flow
direction.

Apply cover (8) to housing.

Adjust lever for emergency seal verti-
cally, to enable lever to slide in guide (9.)

Tighten screw joint of cap nuts in
sequence indicated (10) (fastening
torque 5 - 8 Nm).

After assembly of components is
completed, continue with sequence of
works as mentioned in chapter 8.
