During a call or conversation, the image will automatically be shown only from this panel (the image
cannot be switched). In standby mode (no call) only the master panel can be used to control door
opening (default option) or a second gate/function F2 (after changing the panel settings). After
switching on the preview in the receiver in standby mode (no call), the image will be displayed from
the Master panel (default setting) or from the Slave panel (after changing the panel settings and
depending on the installation layout).
Other panels in the system, which are not involved in the call or conversation (panels assigned
to the receiver in the apartment being called), will be inactive (or busy), and when attempting to call
using them, they will generate a "busy" signal (a signal similar to a busy phone signal). Panels in
busy mode can be used to open the door with an access code or proximity card, and an additional
INPUT (when leaving the building).
A call may originate from panels that are not involved in the call or conversation, and during an active
call from other panels, only if the selected apartment number is not within the range of the busy
panels.
Calling and connection topology of "Slave" panels is shown in the figure below (where: "A" is
the Master panel, "B, C, D, E, F" are Slave panels). Only those receivers that are physically
connected "behind" (or downstream) the panel - can be called.
No “reverse” call is possible - a call
to receivers connected “before" (or upstream) the panel from which the call is to be made. Panel "A"
can call all receivers, "B" can call all receivers except "1", "C" can call "3" and "4", "D" can call "4".
Similarl
y, "E" can only call "5" and "6", and "F" can only call "6” receivers. Several calls in the system:
when calling receiver “4” from panel A, panels "E and F" can be used at the same time (others will
display "busy"). When using "B" to call "3", "A" can be used to call "1", "D" can be used to call "4", E
can be used to call "5 and 6", "F" can be used to call "6", and so on. It is possible to set any number
of parallelly connected C, D and E, F branches.
Panels support further door opening function. With further door opening function, after
opening the door from the panel upstream other panels, waiting for door opening in next panels is
automatically activated - a countdown is started. During this time pressing any keypad button (except
"#") will immediately start the door opening. Waiting will turn off automatically after the pre-set time.
It can also be turned off at any time by pressing the "#" button.
