servicing at the same time.

Oil
Hydraulic Oil Change (Including
Replacing of the Suction Filter in
the Hydraulic Tank)
CAUTION
To avoid personal injury:
Wait long enough for the
hydraulic fluid to cool down.
Then begin with the change of
the hydraulic fluid.
1.
Move the excavator to a level ground
and stop the engine. Extend the piston
rods of the cylinders halfway out and
lower the bucket on the ground.
2.
Remove the drain plug on the underside
of the hydraulic tank and drain the oil.
3.
Remove the cover of the hydraulic tank.
4.
With a fork wrench or similar, remove
and exchange the suction filter.
5.
Retighten the drain plug.
6.
Fill oil through the oil filling opening on
the top side of the tank.
7.
Let the engine run for approx. 5 min. and
check the oil level again.
