Troubleshooting

Problem Cause Solution
A set reminder does
not go off.
The device is not switched
on. See the instructions in Start

The reminder volume is set
to 0.
Increase the reminder volume,

The clock shows
the wrong time. The clock is not
synchronized.
Connect to the Internet.

The Dark background

The screen lights up
too early. The day intervals are not set
