F64: Fine adjustment of the pulse peak time in the low pulse phase
This function allows for the fine adjustment of the standard pulse peak time in the iArc mX Move DC welding
procedure on the “low” side.
F65: Fine adjustment of the base current in the low pulse phase
This function allows for the fine adjustment of the base current in the iArc mX Move DC welding procedure
on the “low” side.
F66: Adjusting the feed amplitude ratio
This function defines the feed amplitude ratio (change in amplitude of the wire feed speed) in the
iArc mX Move DC welding procedure. If the move-frequency is below 5 Hz, the wire feed speed is adjusted.
Fine adjustment of the feed speed allows the welding result to be optimized for the specific application.
The adjustment can be set in the range of 0 to 100%. Here, 50% is the standard value. The relationship
between the set value and the welding result is shown in the following table.
*1 For steel and stainless steel, a setting of 50% (standard) or even 100% may show no effect as the
material will level out before it hardens.
F67: Setting the selection of current values (start welding parameter, end crater parameter)
When the end crater filler function
is switched on, the current value for the start parameter and the end crater
parameter can be set in % based on the present value of the welding current in functions F68 and F69.
