4 Scope of delivery

4.1 Transport
The scope of delivery is carefully checked and packaged, however damage
may occur during shipping.
4.2 Storage
Storage conditions in closed environments:

5 Functional description
The Air-blast and injection unit is used in automated cleaning processes
for injecting and air-blasting the interior of the gas nozzle with a dosed
quantity.
The 2/2 directional valve is controlled by the output signal of the robot control.
The compressed air flows through the injection oiler actuating a pneumatic
dosing pump which adds an adjustable quantity of anti-spatter agent to the air
flow.
The air-blast time depends on the length of the assembly; it must be selected so
that the compressed air with anti-spatter agent is completely blown through.
When the pressure is relieved, the dosing pump is again filled with anti-spatter
agent from the repository and is ready for the next stroke.

Goods inspection Use the delivery note to check that everything has been delivered.
Check the delivery for damage (visual inspection).
In case of complaints If the delivery has been damaged during transportation, contact the last
carrier immediately. Retain the packaging for potential inspection by the
carrier.
Packaging for return Where possible, use the original packaging and the original packaging
material. If you have any questions about the packaging and/or how to
secure an item during shipment, please consult your supplier..
