3.1 Technical data
DANGER
Risk of injury due to falling welding tractor
There is a risk of extremely critical injuries if the welding tractor falls once it reaches the end of a workpiece or if it is
operated on inclined or vertical surfaces.
• Never operate the welding tractor unattended.
• Stop the welding tractor at the edge just before it reaches the end of the workpiece. To do so, press the
STOP button
• Operation of the welding tractor on inclined or vertical surfaces is permitted only with a guide rail system, which can
be purchased separately. A safety device to prevent falling must also be present.

Hazards caused by improper use
If improperly used, the device can present risks to persons, animals, and material property.
• Use the device according to its designated use only.
• Do not convert or modify the device to enhance its performance without authorization.
• The device may be used only by qualified personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
