SMT: GOOSE principle and signal routing with SMT

Special function blocks take the data set and present it via the function block as output
signals for application functions in the application configuration. Different GOOSE
receive function blocks are available for the specific tasks.

SMT links the different data object attributes (for example stVal or magnitude) to the
output signal to make it available for functions in the application configuration. When a
matrix cell array is marked red the IEC 61850–8–1 data attribute type does not fit together,
even if the GOOSE receive function block is the partner. SMT checks this on the content
of the received data set. See
