Warning messages
Warnings do not prevent inverter power feed to the grid, but the output power may be
limited.
The warning message disappears automatically when the triggering condition
disappears.
Code Warning Cause What to do
44552 FRT grid
warning
The trigger level for the FRT tripping
curve was exceeded.
No user actions required. This is an
informative warning about grid
disturbance.
44590 Extension AI
parameteriza-
tion
The slide switch (current/voltage input)
setting on the module does not match
the software settings.
1. Check the correct input signal type
2. Set the slide switch accordingly
3. Adjust the software settings to
match the positions of the slide
switches in the Communications
menu.
44591 Extension I/O
configuration
failure
The extension I/O type setting and
physical module type do not match.
Check the module type and correct the
type setting in the Communications
menu.
44592 FBA
communication
The communication between the
inverter and fieldbus adapter module or
between the master controller and
fieldbus adapter module was lost.
1. Make sure that the master controller
can communicate.
2. Examine the adapter settings and
status. Refer to the user
documentation of the fieldbus
interface.
3. Examine the cable connections.
57601 DC overvoltage - DC voltage over the limit during
operation.
- Very low ambient temperatures can
raise the PV array voltage over the limit.
Read and record the DC voltage on
“Technical info 1” page of the control
unit.
Contact your system supplier about
your PV system design.
57605 Self-test not
completed
The self-test did not complete. When country code 14 (Italy) is
selected, the inverter does not connect
to the grid until the self-test procedure
completes.
Complete the self-test procedure.
57610 HW config
mismatch
Internal HW board and SW versions do
not match.
1. Power down the inverter.
2. Restart the inverter.
If the same warning occurs again,
power down the inverter and contact
your system supplier.
57616 String current
deviation
Note: Can also
be configured as
a fault.
Current deviation between strings. 1. Read the aux code (1...8) from the
Events menu -> Active faults -> String
current deviations. The aux code
refers to the affected string.
2. Examine the affected string for
shading.
3. Make sure that the panels in the
affected strings are undamaged.
4. Make sure that the string monitoring
configuration settings are feasible.
