Warning plates on the low-pressure and high-
pressure stage
Warning plates are affixed at the following locations of the high and low-pressure stage:

Fig. 7: Locations of Power2 HP warning plates
If warning plates are not present in the designated locations or not readable, proceed as fol-
lows:

Order new warning plates from ABB Turbocharging Service Stations.
u
Remove any warning plates that have become unreadable.
u
Clean and degrease the areas designated for the warning plates.
u
Fit new warning plates and remove protective sheets.
Non-insulated high and low-pressure stages
High and low-pressure stages supplied to the enginebuilder without insulation must be
equipped later with warning plates to be attached to the insulation. This is the responsibility
of the enginebuilder.
