Remove the cable gland cover.
Make sure the gasket is not damaged.
Tip
Make a note in which direction the cable
gland hole is facing, if the motor will be re-
moved too. The motor shall be refitted in
the same position.

Removing the motor

DANGER
When releasing the holding brakes of the
motor, the lower arm and/or parallel arm
will be movable and may fall down! Before
continuing, the lower arm and parallel arm
must be secured!

24 VDC power supply
In order to release the brakes, connect the
24 VDC power supply.

Connect connector R2.MP3:
•
pin 2 = 24V
•
pin 5 = 0V
Bits extender: 3HAC12342-1

Remove the attachment screws that secure
the motor.
Tip
Use a bits extender in order to reach the
screws.

Guide pin, M10x150: 3HAC15512-1
Fit guide pins in opposite holes.

Always use guide pins in pairs.
