Creating service agreement with Remote Access

The Local Business Unit (LBU) of ABB creates a service agreement with the Remote
Access option enabled. Then the Administrator for Remote Access will have the
rights to authorize Remote Access. This is done in the Customer Contacts of the
Service Agreement.

To create a service agreement:
