2.6.4 Setting of air pressure switch (only applicable to type S)
General
The digital pressure switch monitors the shop floor air pressure.
Settings
The procedure below details how to set the digital pressure switch. The example
shows how to set according to the pre-set values. The sensor will set
g1_air_ok
in the robot controller when pressure reaches 0.5 MPa and reset g1_air_ok if
pressure goes lower than 0.45 MPa.
Note Action Mode
Make sure that the pressure switch is connected
to 12-24 VDC power. Preparation 1
0 In measurement mode, press SET button for two
seconds or more. Initialize 2
PA Press UP or DOWN button until the display
matches the figure on the right, then press the
SET button. Selection of Unit 3
PA indicates MPa.
1no Press UP or DOWN button until display matches
the figure on the right, then press the SET but-
ton. OUT1 Output
type Setting 4
(" 1no " = Output 1
normally open)
2n* Ignore and press the SET button. OUT2 Output

24 Press UP or DOWN button until display matches
the value on the right, then press the SET button. Response Time

0 The pressure switch changes to measurement
mode. All settings are completed. 13
