000010 (02h) = DI2 of FEN-xx in Slot 1 is ON, all others are OFF.
010000 (10h) = DI1 of FEN-xx in Slot 2 is ON, all others are OFF.
100000 (20h) = DI2 of FEN-xx in Slot 2 is ON, all others are OFF.
