activation/deactivation delays (if any are specified).
Bit 0 indicates the status of DIO1.
Note:
The number of active bits in this parameter depends on
the number of digital input/outputs on the extension module.
Example:
1001b = DIO1 and DIO4 are on, remainder are off.
This parameter is read-only.
