Upgrade Procedure

Section 5 Maintenance

More information is available in the Protocol tab.

The information in the Protocols tab is similar to the Connections tab information,
but the information is separated for the different protocols used between the Remote
Access Client and Remote Access Server.

The same tabs, with the same information, are also available for the Remote Access
Server.

Upgrade Procedure

When you upgrade the software for the Multisystem Integration to a new release or
new service pack, perform the following steps:

Stop the subscriber server. Install the new service pack or new release.

Start the subscriber server.

Stop the provider server. Install the new service pack or new release.

Start the provider server.
