Select one of the available languages for your display, and confirm this

. The following languages are available:

- Suomi
- Cesky
- Slovensky.
The selected language then applies to all of the handset's local menus.
Under certain circumstances, the language setting of the communica-
tions system may differ from the setting for the handset. This will
affect the texts displayed in the [System name] menu (see page 53).
Enter a name for your handset. This is the name that is displayed when
your handset is in the idle state. Your system administrator may have
allocated a name to it already. For information on entering characters,
please refer to page 24.
These are the short, acoustic signals that your handset emits to draw
your attention to specific events. You can press
to activate
or deactivate
them.

If this is activated, every keypress will be
acoustically confirmed.

If this is activated, an attention tone will be
emitted once every ten seconds if you approach the limits of the
radio reception area and are in danger of losing contact.

If this is activated, an attention tone will be
emitted once every 30 seconds when the battery charge gets too
low. You have approximately three more minutes before being
disconnected.

If this is activated, a tone will be emitted to
confirm that a procedure has been carried out successfully.
