Configuring an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) Key
Use the following procedure to configure ACD on the 9143i IP Phone.
1.
Click on
Operation->Programmable Keys.

" field, select
Automatic call distribution
.

In the "
Line
" field, select a line to apply Automatic call distribution. Valid values are

9
.

Click
to save your changes.
