Communicating with the multi-key function
You have programmed the multi-key function on at least two keys.
9 - Press the interactive
Add
key to validate the new programming.
-> The display shows how many keys are already programmed for
this purpose.
10 - Press the interactive

key, and then program the multi-
key function on at least one other programmable key.
Reminder:
Use the red
key to cancel a setting or return to
standby.
To answer a call:
When a call arrives on your set that is multi-key programmed, the
indicator associated to the personalized key flashes.
• Press that programmed key to talk to the party.
-> The indicator associated to this key stays permanently on. The
display shows the calling party's identity.
To answer a second call:
If another party tries to reach you, you will hear a beep and the
indicator associated to the second programmed key flashes.

2 - Press the interactive
Answer
key.
You can also press the programmed key whose indicator is
flashing.
While in communication with the second party.
-> The indicator associated with that key lights up steady, and the
identity of the party is displayed on the screen while the call is in
progress.
The other party is put on hold.
-> The indicator associated to this key flashes rapidly.
