6.5   Replace the blades in the pivot housing. The molded 

recesses in the blades should face outward.

6.6   Insert the tube guide into the pivot housing. Secure the 

tube guide with the tube guide lock.

 

After installing blades, tube guide, and tube lock, close 

the handles once to align the blades.
