Possible cause
: Typing error

Solution
: Make sure that
User name
and
Password
strings or the
PIN
code are all
entered correctly and Caps Lock is off, as these fields are case-sensitive.
Notice:
Upon unsuccessful login despite entering credentials/PIN correctly, contact your system
administrator.
If the Scanner Cannot Read the Barcode on the Label Area

Possible cause
: The barcode printed on the label is scratched, damaged, and
therefore, unreadable. Check the following:
o
Only one barcode is visible on the label area
o
Solution
: The glass slide must be identified with one single barcode only
o
There is no dirt, smear, bleaching, or staining on the label area
o
Solution
: Clean the label surface or print a new one
o
Label orientation or location is not correct
