The RESET COUNTERS and DELETE STATION buttons are only displayed
if you are using access levels 3, 4 or 5.
Alternatively, to display statistics for a station not currently inserted into
the ring:
1 Press [Return] to move the cursor directly to the Address Selected box.
2 Type in the MAC address of the station.
3 Move to the STATISTICS button and press [Return].
The statistics are updated every 2 seconds.
Station State -
Present - Indicates that the station whose MAC address has been
specified is currently inserted into the ring.
Absent - Indicates that the station whose MAC address has been
specified is currently NOT inserted into the ring.
The maximum value the following counters can hold is 4,294,967,295
(or 2
32
-1), after which they will wrap around to 0.
Line Errors - This is the count of frames that were repeated by a
station and had code violations or frame check sequence errors that
