PAD MODELS
The Pad Models impact the pads in a few ways:
1.
They adjust the settings for the pad to sound like a generic version of the
selected model to give you a good starting point.
2.
Nanobox | razzmatazz selects a set of parameters to display on the Macro
Controls screen based on which model has been chosen. We covered this
mapping of controls to pad models
earlier. Now we will tell you how to
choose a model for a pad.
3.
If you choose Clip or Slicer model, a slightly different version of the Pad
Dashboard is used.

Available Models
The razzmatazz has 6 instrument models that are available for all pads:
• Kick
• Snare
• Closed Hat
• Open Hat
• Tom
• Sample
The top left pad can also support two additional models that support advanced
WAV playback features:
• Clip
• Slicer
You use the same method to choose any of the 8 available models. Once you have
chosen a model, the settings on the Macro Controls screen will be updated to
reflect the model selected. The 6 common instrument models all use the same Pad
Dashboard. The Clip and Slicer use a slightly different Pad Dashboard.
