DISASSEMBLY- AND RE-ASSEMBLY ADVISE

Before you start dismantling!

 

For your safety be sure the plug is
disconnected from the mains!

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

 Note:

Be aware of the sharp edges of the appliance, 
Use hand cloves to repair the appliance.

1.  Remove the Lid assy (

).  Use a Phillips screwdriver to 

remove screw

2.  Remove the Control panel assy (

).  Remove the 2 screw 

covers (

) out of the panel and use a Phillips screwdriver 

to remove screws

(Tip: use an air pump to remove the screw covers)

3.  Remove the Heating element assy (

). Remove the 

5 screw covers (

) out of the cover and use a Phillips 

screwdriver to remove the screws

. Disconnect 

the wires from the PCB.

(Tip: use an air pump to remove the screw covers)

4.  Remove the PCB (

).  Use a Phillips screwdriver to 

remove screws

 and disconnect the wires.

5.  Remove the Motor PCB (

).  Use a Phillips screwdriver 

to remove screws

 and disconnect the wires.

6.  Remove the motor assy (

).  Use a Phillips screwdriver to 

remove screws
